This ordering page is for our customers living outside of the 50 USA States. 

There is a flat rate shipping of $27.00 USD for (1) ONE flashlight to almost anywhere United States Postal Service ships to.

Please read the following directions carefully before placing an order:

1. ALL orders will be shipped by United States Postal Service, Priority Mail International Class, and includes a customs tracking number, and insurance.
2. Typical shipping times are between 6-10 business days. HOWEVER, we have seen it take as long as 2 months for the package to arrive, depending on where you live. (From our experience, this happens frequently when shipping to a Russian Federation address)
3. There may be additional taxes/duties/fees that the customer is responsible to pay as the package enters your country.
4. Your local Post Office is usually the one to deliver the package to your home. It is possible they may use other postal carriers as it arrives to your home, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Someone must be present to receive the package.
5. Most orders will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. If you do not receive a customs tracking number by the 4th business day, please e-mail us at info@lumaray.com.
6. This ordering page will only allow you to purchase (1) ONE flashlight. If you wish to purchase additional flashlights, please e-mail us for stock information. 
7. If there are any problems we encounter while shipping the package to your country, we will notify you immediately. If you are unsure if we ship to your country, e-mail us first at info@lumaray.com.
8. Please check your shipping address, make sure that it is up to date, and in English. We will be using the address provided to ship the package. We are NOT responsible for an incorrect address entered into PayPal. 
9. We reserve the right to reject/refuse any order. Not valid with any other offers or promotions. Warranty's not valid outside of the USA due to high shipping costs. However, if you are experiencing any problems with our products, please e-mail us.
